cousins*

On our way to Fresno we stopped at The Kearns casa to spend the night. Its always a great time at their home and spending time with Bae and JD.

Jackson went crazy in their toy room... he is used to his one rattle, cell phones, and dvd cases. So thanks for the entertainment!

I love getting JD and Jackson together because I want them to grow up and be such close cousins. Even though we live far from them I just feel there is a connection with the both of them because they we born so close together and Ash and I were lucky enough to be prego together.
Jackson loved Gus too.... he LOVES any dog he can get his hands on! We love you guys!

Our weekend was a lot of fun. These are some random pictures from the last couple days. I love the one of him infront of the television. Of course its him watching Ellen dance her heart out.

This next one is cute cause he is such a climber. He played on his diaper boxes for atleast 30 minutes straight.

And this cowboy one is of course from unlce Regge. We always know when he is in the room because Jackson runs for the cowboy boots.

These cute pictures are of my best friends family that live in Fresno. The HALLS! Its been over 5 years and I finally got to meet all of them yesterday. They were so dang cute with Jackson.

And a family picute in front of The Fresno California Temple.

Its the weekend!!! That means quality time with DAD without any distractions!!

next stage

I realized my son was really growing up when yesterday he learned how to open every door in our house. Its scary to think that if he leaves my sight for more than 5 seconds he could be outside. He's getting very smart and has a mind of his own. He loves knowing that he can go outside if he can just get away long enough from mommy.

Heathers birthday is just around the corner and to celebrate we had a girls weekend in Boise! Andrea and Ashley flew in too which was such a treat. We stayed at a really nice hotel (in a suite even) and had two fun filled days without husbands and kids. We surprised Heather with a darling new outfit, spa day, Macaroni Grill, movie night, Cheesecake Factory etc. It was so nice catching up on everything and just being together to make memories. Happy Birthday Heather, and thank you from ALL OF US for being such a great mom!

Happy Birthday Hebo!

dont try this at home...

Is my husband the only one that thinks its funny to throw their son up in the air.... its one of those nightly things he does every time he walks in from work. Well, last night he was having so much fun with it that he threw Jackson up so high his head hit the spinning fan hanging from the ceiling. (AH!! ) With three stitches Jackson seems to be recovering well.
K, so that was all a joke... Im just hoping my mom reads this cause she is always so uptight with Tony playing around with Jackson. Sorry, I had to play a joke.

Tuesdays just arent the same anymore without my favorite show. I woke up this morning totally bummed that I wouldnt be watching this tv show tonight. Its just not the same as American Idol or Deal or No Deal..... Biggest Loser always made me feel good and even made me cry sometimes. I cant wait till next season, by then I will have had my baby and I can lose weight with the rest of the world!

Our pea in the pod is already four months old. I think I may be feeling a little fluttering in my stomach which always gets me so excited. Babycenter.com says our baby weighs 6 ounces and is approx. 5 inches long. Its sense of hearing was also developed this week.
I am excited to find out in 4 quick weeks which flavor it will be... I have a feeling, but I'm not going to jinx myself. Tony likes to keep reminding me that Jacksons baby blessing said I would only be raising sons..... who knows, I like to think I have a daughter waiting to come to this earth.

I cant believe how much our boy has changed.

easter 2008

We attempted to have an Easter egg hunt for Jack in the backyard with Grandma... it went well I guess, he was basically only wanting to play with the grass in his basket. In the pics he is sporting his new Easter outfit from grandparents! These pictures of him make him seem so grown up, I love them all!

um...

So I found this picture of my friends blog, and her friend is pregnant. I thought this was interesting and a little weird (sorry Hayley if this freaks you out)... I just didnt know if this was normal. I could never depict Jacksons body parts through my stomach. She did mention her baby is turned the wrong way... so maybe there's just not much room. ?? !! Interesting.

3-in-1

Jackson shares a birthday with his Aunt Ali (march 29) and Tony's is two days later. We had a celebration all together at the Snarrs! Jackson was so happy all day and was really into his presents and the wrapping paper. He got great stuff from grandparents, aunt, uncles, and tony and I. Thank you everyone!! We were excited that Jackson had family to share his birthday with.

What a TRIP !!

I'm finally getting a chance to
write about our great trip to
NEW YORK CITY!! Thank you mom for such a fun trip with the girls! We stayed at the BEAUTIFUL Roosevelt Hotel right down town.
(same place 'Maid in Manhattan' was filmed)

Every morning we had a delicious buffet breakfast then headed off to the streets to cram in as much as we could in 12 hours.

My mom surprised us with tickets to LITTLE MERMAID! I would recommend it to anyone... a magical broadway experience. Of course we made time for lots and lots of shopping!! (thats always a favorite part of the day) We also enjoyed and were treated by my mom to some really yummy restaurants!!

Heres a cute pic of the NYPD. They were very friendly.

This was great... we happened to be there over St. Patricks Day! Its not the most exciting holiday, unless youre IRISH of course. But, NY put on a really great and HUGE parade. My sis and I jumped in the parade for a quick second to snap a silly pic of being cheerleaders!

While we were there I surprised the girls with my "baby news" which was really fun!! So with Hayley and I both pregnant we had some fun/silly/random experiences!!

Probably one of my favorite experiences was going to THE TOP OF THE ROCK! Everyone has to do it, it is a sightseeing attraction. You take an elevator up 70 stories to view the great city! Its a great view of the statue of liberty and if you LOVE the city lights go in the evening for a spectacular view!
Can you tell I love NEW YORK!! I want to go back with Tony as soon as possible. I had such a blast and it was a great break from everything else. Thanks mom and dad!
