4 months old

He's four months old today and loving life. He tried rice
cereal and got so excited. He makes a cute noise when he wants
more...we had cereal 3 times yesterday! It will definitly
be a daily food for Jackson. He is getting so grown up.
We are going to Utah next week to see his doctor so I will blog
his stats and new weight soon!

MYRTLE BEACH

We had such a fun weekend at Myrtle Beach in South
Carolina. Tony wanted to go down to visit some friends
that are selling pest control. The weather was great and
Jackson did very well all day in the heat. Uncle Regge was
fun to be with too...he loves the lil' guy!

NC

Soaking up the sun in North Carolina! The place we get
to call 'home' for the next eight weeks. I really like the area
and am adjusting well. The office here has been very
welcoming to all of us. Jackson and I have been to the
pool six days in a row!!

so sweet

Just wanted to share a fun day that we had in Rexburg.
We went to the nature park and fed the ducks and went on
a pretty walk. It was a fun afternoon!

Jackson loves grandma

I've only been back for a day and am already missing my

nanny.. my MOM! She was so good to Jackson the two weeks

that we were in Utah. Jackson would rather play with grandma

then be with me.... not surprised! She takes such great care of him,

and does a great job spoiling him too. Its nice having the first

grandchild. She loves bathing him, going for walks, feeding him,

cuddling him, watching baby einstein, and entertaining him when

I need a break. We both already miss her and her sweet self!

so long..farewell..

I am currently in Utah and while I have been here visiting my

husbands office was transfered to North Carolina. Tony did all of

our packing and cleaning to make the move. I was very shocked

and quite sad when I found out that I wont be flying back to Iowa.

I will miss all the great friends that I have made, and the cute girls

from the ward that got me into the "blogging world"

We were just getting used to serving in the nursery and I was loving

my Wednesday play day at the mall etc.

Im excited for our new adventure (not too surprised we moved again)

I know we will like NC and that Tony will find success.

Thank you all for welcoming Tony and I, we're sad we had to leave

so soon. Have an enjoyable rest of the summer and I hope to

stay in contact with you on Blogger!

Daddy Daughter Date

My dad surprised my sister and I and took us on a little date. We spent the

afternoon at Thanksgiving Point and rented 'segways' to drive around the

beautiful gardens. It was so much fun!! Afterwards we shopped

at lots of darling boutiques.. my personal fav!

Baseball Night

For family night we spent the evening at the Franklin Covey Field to watch the Bees. It was a great time. Jackson met the "bumble bee" and they even won! We are really enjoying our time here in Utah.

Happy 4th!

God Bless America!! It is so nice to have a day to celebrate our freedom. Jackson and I enjoyed the fireworks last night with my family! He did extremely well, just stared into to sky at all the colors! This morning my parents hosted their neighborhood breakfast in our front yard (28th year) it was so fun seeing neighbors and friends that I havent seen for a while. After, we cleaned up and went on a hike up the canyon to get away from the heat! So fun!! Now the day is winding down and we are enjoying ourselves on the couch!
