Present Party!

Presents for ALL!! Some girls went to a baby shower and were a little envious of all the great gifts she was receiving.... so decided to throw a party just for the sole purpose of getting a present!! Such a great idea, and we all had so much fun! Everyone left with a present they LOVED (and a tummy full of yummy treats/desserts!). The picture of girls are mainly from my ward slash "The Bachelor" reality tv night girls slash play day at the mall girls! It's so much fun!

He's 2 Months Old TODAY!

Our cute little guy is two months old today! He is so cute in every way, and I can't believe how quickly he is growing up. Some things i've noticed this past month are : 1. He loves to suck on his fist 2. Never takes a binkie... knows its a cop-out 3. Tony can make him smile so big that he makes a little noise.. like the beginning of a LAUGH! 4. Loves very warm baths (like his mom) 5. Enjoys tummy time, and sleeps better that way 6. Will sleep for 5 hours at night now 7. His eyes can focus very well and will move if you move 8.Has a very good grip 9. LOVES to drool,and does it all day long.

The Michael Jordan outfit is for his Uncle JJ who is a BIG fan! We love Jackson so much and enjoy being parents!

Memorial Day Weekend

We ventured out to our apartments pool for the afternoon. We weren't sure what Jackson would think of the sun, but he ended up sleeping most the time. I love his new swim trunks! Tony was busy watching a cute little boy catch frogs in the pond next to the pool. Look how big it is! Monday morning we are going to our wards Memorial Breakfast, it should be fun. Our week flew by and I am counting down the days for my visit to Utah!

I thought I would rate my TOP 5 reality shows for the year.... since I am quite a reality TV freak!! It's great having one of my FAV shows on every night of the week!


#1 : Grey's Anatomy!! I liked how the season ended, just wish that George would have told Izzie that he LOVED her!


#2 : BACHELOR! -officer and a gentlemen... great ending, I was hoping for Bevin. We will see how long this couple lasts!










#3 : American Idol. Blake all the way!! Beep bop!

#4: Dancing With The Stars!! My mother in law got me hooked on this show..and its great!



#5: Notes from the Underbelly. i just started watching these episodes online (since I have nothing betta to do) its a fun reminder of how 'great' being prego for 9 whole months is!

JaCkSoN ShAnE HyDe

Introducing Jackson Shane Hyde!! He was born on March 29th 2007 in Boise, Idaho. After a quick 5 hour labor/delivery he was out weighing 8lbs 14 oz. Jackson has already become the center of our lives and we love being parents! Tony always says "being married is great, but having children is BETTER!" I love spending every waking moment with him. Little Jack is always gleaming with goodness and hope!

Tony and Abby

Tony and I met at LDS Business College in 2004. We had a religion class together and I always thought he was such a "charmer". Out of my comfort zone I asked the cute boy out... of course he said YES! Our first date was to a BYU football game and we were engaged 6 weeks later! Pretty much love at first site, and I think Tony would agree as well!

We were married in the Bountiful Temple on March 3, 2005!! It was a beautiful and perfect day!! Since then we have traveled lots and have already lived in 6 states! (Utah, Cali, Iowa, Indiana, Idaho, and Oregon) Tony's job is in sales and every year (or twice in a year) we choose somewhere that he wants to sell.

I love so many things about my sweet husband. He has always been so good to me since day one! So many of our dreams together have already blossomed! I feel like our journey is so unique and I'm so glad I am sharing it with him.
